KallyKurls SARL Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

To do so, please inform KallyKurls SARL of your decision by sending an email to client@kallykurls.ch.

You must return the products in their original packaging, unopened and in perfect condition.

2. Return Terms

• Return costs : Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Deadline :Products must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal.

• Refund : The refund for returned products will be issued within 14 days after receipt of the returned items by KallyKurls SARL.

3.Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

Some products are not eligible for withdrawal, including:

• Opened products

• Used products

• Products damaged by the customer

4.  Claims and Refunds

• Defective or Non-compliant Products : In case of a complaint about a defective or non-compliant product, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

• Refund Conditions: Refunds are handled under the same conditions as the right of withdrawal.

• • Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding a return or refund, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution. If this is not possible, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court.
