• Your order leaves our warehouse in Satigny (GE) within 24 business hours.
• Delivery by Swiss Post, in approximately 48 hours.
• Free delivery on orders over 50 CHF. Below that: 6.95 CHF.

France and Europe

• Your order leaves our logistics warehouse in France: no customs duties or VAT advances upon receipt in the European Union.
• France: free delivery on orders over €53. Below that: €6.57.
• Belgium, Germany and Italy: €9.57.
• Other European Union countries (Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, Czech Republic, Finland, Poland): €13.57.
• Overseas territories (Réunion, Martinique, Guadeloupe, Saint-Martin): €31.50.
• The estimated delivery time is displayed at the time of ordering.

Outside the European Union

• United Kingdom and Norway: 13.57 CHF.
• United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Israel, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and United Arab Emirates: 35 CHF.
• Any import duties and taxes are your responsibility.

Damaged, delayed or lost package
