General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Who we are

2. Scope of application

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) apply to all orders placed on kallykurls.com by consumers. By confirming your order, you accept them.

3. Products

Our products are described with the greatest care. The photos are non-contractual regarding shades of color and texture. Offers are valid while stocks last.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF) or in your country's currency, inclusive of all taxes. Delivery costs are added to the price of the products and are displayed before payment. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of your order.

5. Ordering

The contract is concluded upon the sending of your order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, stock shortage, or suspected fraud; you will then be fully refunded.

6. Payment

Payment is made at the time of ordering via TWINT, credit card, PayPal, Klarna, or any other method offered at checkout. Transactions are processed by secure payment providers.

7. Delivery

Deadlines, zones, and rates are detailed in our delivery policy. The risks are transferred to you upon delivery of the package.

8. Withdrawal and returns

You have 14 days from receipt to notify us of a return. For hygiene reasons, skincare products must be returned with their seal intact; an unsealed skincare product is excluded from the right of withdrawal. Accessories must be returned unused. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Full conditions: returns policy and withdrawal form.

9. Warranty

In the event of a defective, damaged, or non-compliant product, we will replace or refund it. You also benefit from the legal guarantees provided by applicable law, in particular the legal guarantee of conformity if you reside in the European Union.

10. Use of products

Our products are cosmetics for external use. Follow the indicated instructions for use. In case of a reaction, stop use and contact us. We advise you to test the product on a small area before first use.

11. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in our privacy policy.

12. Applicable law and disputes

These GTCS are subject to Swiss law. If you reside in the European Union, you retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. In case of a disagreement, write to us first: we always seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of Geneva have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory venues provided for the benefit of consumers.
